Houses

All the children at St Hilda's belong to one of three different houses - Herkomer, Attlee or Whitby. There is a healthy rivalry between houses and each house vies to outshine the others by the amassing of house points and sporting triumphs. House points are awarded for a number of reasons apart from academic achievement.
Regularly held house assemblies are keenly participated in.

Herkomer
Our house is called Herkomer after the famous local artist and film maker, Hubert Von Herkomer. One of his students built the house we now use as our school.
